Be Outstanding Human Performance
Not a downloaded plan. Not a fitness challenge. Twelve weeks with a training and nutrition plan built for you, a check-in every week, and a video back from me about what actually happened.
£360 for twelve weeks. Places open.
Who this is for
You've probably trained before. You roughly know what to eat. You've started well more than once, and somewhere around week three it drifted.
That drift is rarely about fitness. It's the same pattern that shows up everywhere else. In the gym you can actually see it.
Human Performance is twelve deliberate weeks for capable people. Not an open-ended commitment. A clear structure, a personal plan, and someone reading the evidence every week.
How a week runs
The weekly check-in is the heartbeat of the programme. Everything else hangs off it.
The system handles the admin. The judgement stays human.
What we look at
They give each conversation a shape. They are not a scorecard.
Three conversations
About forty-five minutes each, one to one with me. Deeper than the weekly check-in, and placed where a course correction does the most good.

Course correction
Week 7
Or week 8
What has changed, and whether it's holding. What to strengthen, remove or adjust for the second half.
Outcome and direction
Week 12
Or week 11
What the twelve weeks produced, in your body and in how you follow through. Then what comes next, if anything.
Why this, from me
I've trained on and off throughout my life, but at 50 I got serious about progress. I took on a coach and spent roughly two years preparing for my first physique competition. I competed for the first time at 52.
Several placings. The best were a second and a third, and sixth in an open class against every age, at an event of around a hundred competitors.
A student of John Jewett's J3U bodybuilding and hypertrophy courses. I also learned to read my own blood markers rather than guess at them.
The body was where I could see my own pattern most clearly. It doesn't accept intentions.
Where this actually stands
"I never imagined in my wildest dreams that I would look like this in my life… To think about where I was to where I am. Not just physically."

Before you ask
When the twelve weeks end
The last review compares where you started with where you are, physically and in how you follow through. Then we look at what's left, without inventing a problem.
Some people go again for another twelve weeks. Some find the pattern they met in the gym is the one they meet everywhere else. That's what the ninety days is for.
