Over the past decade I have spent a great deal of time exploring human behaviour, performance and the quiet forces that shape the direction of our lives.
Like many people, my journey began with my own questions.
There were areas of my life where I seemed capable of making rapid progress – particularly physically. Yet in other areas, I found myself completely stuck.
It made me curious.
Why can intelligent, capable people move forward in one area of life, yet remain gridlocked in another?
That question led me into years of learning, reflection and experimentation.
Eventually I began to see something clearly.
Most people do not need more information.
They already know a great deal.
What they often lack is a moment where everything becomes clear – a moment where they pause long enough to see their life, their patterns and their direction from a different perspective.
That is what inspired the creation of Take One Moment (TOM) and the wider philosophy behind Be Outstanding.
And it is also why I decided to host this event.
The Outstanding Human Experience is not about motivation or hype.
It is about creating the space for people to pause, reflect and reconnect with the direction they want their lives to take.

However, as the Founding Event for Be Outstanding, a limited number of places are being offered at a special founding rate.

To ensure seats are respected and the room remains committed, a £100 seat security deposit is required.
This deposit is fully refunded on arrival at the event.
