Human Performance

The terms.

The short version first. The full terms follow, and they are the ones that apply.

In short

  • £360 for twelve weeks, paid once at checkout.
  • Change your mind within 14 days of paying and you get the full £360 back, for any reason.
  • Your twelve weeks start on a Sunday in January 2027 that you choose.
  • Three private sessions with Aran, a weekly check-in and personal video feedback when you check in.
  • You are responsible for being fit to take part. Aran is not a doctor.

1Who we are

Human Performance is provided by Be Outstanding Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17118553. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Email: aran@be-outstanding.com.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Be Outstanding Group Ltd. Aran Bray delivers the programme personally. "You" means the person who joins. You must be 18 or over.

2What you're joining

Human Performance is a twelve-week personal development programme. We work on how you think, decide, act and follow through. Movement and nutrition are part of it, as practical ways to put that work into action, adapted to your goals, preferences and circumstances.

Your results depend on your circumstances and on what you put in. No particular outcome is guaranteed, including any change in weight, shape or fitness.

3What's included

  • Three private 45-minute sessions with Aran, on your mindset, your habits and your patterns.
  • Access to the Kahunas app during your twelve weeks, with movement and general nutrition guidance.
  • Twelve weekly check-ins through Kahunas. When you check in, Aran sends you personal video feedback, normally within 36 hours.
  • Short programme-related messages through Kahunas. This is not round-the-clock or emergency support.
  • At the end, an optional fifteen-minute conversation about what comes next, at no cost to you.

All of this is included in the £360. Nothing in it is sold separately.

4Price and payment

The price is £360, paid in full at checkout by card through Stripe. That is the full price. There is nothing else to pay.

The January 2027 intake is limited to 100 places. Registration closes at the end of 15 January 2027 (UK time), or sooner if all 100 places are taken.

5The November session

If your payment is received in November 2026, up to 11.59pm UK time on 30 November, you also get one extra private 30-minute session with Aran in December 2026, on top of the three sessions in the programme. You book it through Aran's online calendar. If you can't find a time that suits you, email Aran and he will find one.

Payments received from 1 December 2026 receive the standard programme.

6Your start date and your twelve weeks

You choose your start date when you complete your onboarding, from Sunday 3, 10, 17 or 24 January 2027. A date that has already passed is not offered. Your twelve weeks, your check-ins and your session windows all run from your own start date.

Before you start, you complete a short onboarding: a questionnaire about you and what you want from the twelve weeks, a short health question, and your start date. Aran then sets up Kahunas for you, normally a week before your start date. If you join close to the closing date, Aran will agree a start with you that works.

Weeks you miss do not extend the programme.

7Your private sessions

The three sessions fall in these windows of your own programme: weeks 2 to 4, weeks 6 to 8 and weeks 10 to 12. Aran invites you to book each one when the time is right, through his online calendar.

If you need to cancel or move a session, please give at least 24 hours' notice, and you can rebook within the same window. A session missed, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, normally counts as used. Aran may make an exception where something genuinely unexpected happens.

If we have to cancel a session, we will rearrange it, and extend the window if needed. You won't lose it.

8Check-ins and feedback

Each week you have the chance to check in through Kahunas. When you check in, you get personal video feedback from Aran. If you don't check in, there is no individual feedback that week. There is no penalty, and you can pick up again the following week. Unused check-ins don't roll forward.

9Your health and taking part

You are responsible for making sure you are fit to take part. Aran is not a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian, and does not hold a formal personal training or nutrition qualification. His guidance comes from his own experience. Human Performance is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or therapy.

If you have any doubt about your health, check with your doctor before you start the movement side. That includes a health condition, an injury, medication, pregnancy or having recently given birth, or symptoms such as chest pain, dizziness or unusual breathlessness when you are active.

During onboarding you answer a short health question. It is not a medical assessment. It is how you tell Aran if there is anything he needs to plan around. Tell him if anything changes during the twelve weeks.

Work within your abilities. Stop any activity that causes pain or feels wrong, and get medical advice. Aran may adapt or pause the movement or nutrition side, or ask you to get medical advice first, if he has a concern. Where that happens, the personal development work, the sessions and the check-ins carry on.

Human Performance is not emergency or crisis support. In an emergency, call 999. For urgent medical help, call NHS 111.

10Your right to cancel

You can cancel for any reason until the end of the fourteenth day after the day you pay, and we will refund the full £360. This applies even if a session has already taken place or your programme has started.

To cancel, email aran@be-outstanding.com and say that you want to cancel. You can use the form at the end of this page, but you don't have to. We will refund you to the card you paid with, within 14 days of hearing from you.

11After 14 days

After the 14 days, we don't give refunds for a change of mind or for not taking part.

If something serious happens that makes it hard to carry on, such as illness or bereavement, please email Aran. We will look at it individually: stopping, pausing to a later start, or a partial refund. We can't promise a particular outcome, but we would rather hear from you early.

None of this affects your legal rights. If we don't provide the programme with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to have it put right, or to some or all of your money back.

12If we can't deliver

If something outside our control stops Aran from delivering part of the programme, such as serious illness, we will tell you as soon as we can. We will rearrange what was missed or refund the part not delivered.

13Your information

Be Outstanding Group Ltd is responsible for the information you give us. We use it to deliver your programme and nothing else. It is never used for marketing unless you separately say yes.

Your health answer is treated with extra care. We only collect it with your explicit consent, given in your onboarding. Only Aran can see it, and it is never sent in an ordinary email. If you would rather not give it, you can still take part, and your movement and nutrition guidance will stay general.

We use a small number of trusted services to run the programme: Stripe for payment, Tally for your onboarding answers, Kahunas for your app and check-ins, TidyCal for bookings, and our email provider. Where a service stores information outside the UK, it does so under the safeguards UK law requires.

We keep your onboarding answers, health answer and check-in records for twelve months after your programme ends, then delete them. We keep payment records for six years, because the law requires it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and you can withdraw your consent for the health answer. Email aran@be-outstanding.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Our general privacy policy also applies.

14Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you joined, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid.

15Questions, concerns and the law

If you have a question or a concern, email aran@be-outstanding.com. We aim to reply within five working days.

The personal "I AM ALL IN" commitment you make in your onboarding is a promise to yourself. It is not part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. The version of these terms that applies to you is the one shown when you paid.

16Cancellation form

Only use this if you want to. An email saying you want to cancel is enough.
