Be Outstanding
These apply to every Be Outstanding programme. Each programme also has its own details, and where they differ, the programme's own terms apply.
Be Outstanding programmes are provided by Be Outstanding Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17118553. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Email: aran@be-outstanding.com.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Be Outstanding Group Ltd. Aran Bray delivers the programmes personally. "You" means the person who joins. You must be 18 or over.
These general terms apply to everything you buy from us. Each programme also has its own details: what's included, how long it runs, and any rules for sessions. Where a programme's own terms differ from these, the programme's own terms apply.
The price is the one shown on the programme's page, or agreed with you in writing before you pay. You pay by card through Stripe, or by bank transfer where we have agreed that with you.
If you pay in instalments, the amounts and dates are shown or agreed in writing before your first payment.
If you buy as an individual, you have the right to cancel for any reason until the end of the fourteenth day after the day you buy. You don't have to give a reason.
If you ask us to start your programme within those 14 days and then cancel, we may keep a fair amount for what we have already provided, and refund the rest. Some programmes give you more than this. Human Performance, for example, refunds the full price within 14 days.
To cancel, email aran@be-outstanding.com and say that you want to cancel. You can use the form at the end of this page, but you don't have to. We will refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, using the way you paid.
After the 14 days, refunds are set out in the programme's own terms. None of this affects your legal rights. If we don't provide a programme with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to have it put right, or to some or all of your money back.
Our programmes are personal development and mentoring. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy or crisis support. Aran is not a doctor. If a programme includes movement or nutrition, you are responsible for making sure you are fit to take part, and its own terms explain how that works.

What you get from the work depends on your circumstances and on what you put in. No particular outcome is guaranteed, unless a programme's own terms include a guarantee.
If something outside our control stops Aran from delivering part of a programme, such as serious illness, we will tell you as soon as we can. We will rearrange what was missed, or refund the part not delivered.
Be Outstanding Group Ltd is responsible for the information you give us. We use it to deliver your programme. It is never used for marketing unless you separately say yes. Health information is only collected where a programme needs it, with your explicit consent, and only Aran can see it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email aran@be-outstanding.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Our privacy policy has the full detail.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you joined, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. The version of these terms that applies to you is the one shown when you paid.
Only use this if you want to. An email saying you want to cancel is enough.
